Pinot Gris is found in many country such as Germany, Austria, Hungary and also northern Italy. Here the style is rich, off-dry and complex.

It is regularly matched with asiatic food, especially recommended for hot dishes. The natural sweetness, yet not overwhelming, will soften the burning effect of some spices. Then, the food will seem more palatable if you are not used to eat spicy.
