A significantly old vineyard located 350/450 metres above sea level probalby over 80 years old. Here and exactly like Rosende or Doade wholecluster fermentation help to craft this amazing mencia blend. Wholecluster fermentation means that grapes are left to ferment with their stems (the vegetal part of the grape cluster). This relatively ancient technique is acknowledging a hughe come back. As it enhances floral and fruit complexity but also give a touch of earthiness. It also produces fresher wines with higher aromatic profile. But not everyone can handle such technique with talent!

Envinate are problably the most talented Handling wholecluster fermentation in Spain.

This wine ages 12 months in neutral Oak.  If rosende or Doade are highly limited, this is rare! 12 bottles for Andorra. So it is true that curiosity kills the cat, but don’t you want to taste this Beauty?
