Sorte Antiga is a micro-cuvée by Raúl Pérez in Ribeira Sacra, from old Godello vines planted on the granite terraces of the Sil. A white of crystalline purity, vinified in used barrels, combining saline depth with surgical precision on the finish. An absolute rarity.
