Volver comes from a 29 hectares single vineyard located a 660 metres above sea level. Planted in 1957 it is mostly composed of sand with some small part of limestones. Here due to the climatic condition, yields are very low hence a highly concentrated wine! Volver is aged 15 months in French oak.

Expect a full-bodied wine packed with dark fruit and spices. A complex blockbuster that doesn’t need to be aged. Just enjoy it with grilled lamb or a rich dish with a deep sauce.
