Viuda Silvestre small production from a minor variety that is very demanding and challenging to vinify. Silvia Rocher is working very hard just to obtain a few bottles.

Here, everything is hand harvested as the vines are co-planted with other varieties, so it makes the selection a significantly time consuming operation. As it is the trend nowadays, this white wine enjoy a light maceration with the skin in order to extract more layers of complexity. The result is surprisingly fresh and surprising. slightly smoky too, from the 18 months in used French barrels.

Only 720 bottles are produced. Fairly Rare orange wine.
