Joan Albert Farré, the owner, has taken a fascinating risk at planting Cornalin. A swiss variety that is considerably…unknown! But well-known in Switzerland for producing high quality wine.

With Alain Graillot great help, Torb is exhibiting fairly deep color and rich texture. The first vintages were showing the desire to impress. Now, the style is much more elegant and supple.
