Surprising for many, but yes, Burgundy is not all about Chardonnay when it comes to white wine… There is a tiny production of Sauvignon Blanc. William Fevre is producing some clean, crisp and dry wines, and using some oak exclusively for the top wines.
This Sauvignon de Saint Bris is a light-bodied, crisp dry wines. slightly vegetal with some gooseberry notes and lemon peel. Steely, mouthwatering and ideal for cooked mussels.
