Marsannay les Echezeaux by domaine Faiveley is a “must-try” for any Burgundy lover! The lesser known village of Marsannay, although Bruno Clair and Sylvain Pataille are also producing some beautiful wines, is located in the northern part of Côtes de Nuits. Rosé is sometimes called the benchmark, well, once you will have tasted this tremendous red, you will thing differently!

Delicate and perfumed, floral with pink grapefruit on the nose, silky tannins, juicy and dangerously quaffable! we absolutely love it. Very bottles available!

The perfect match? I am tempted to say : “by yourself!”… Just in case, don’t ne too many. Roasted duck breast would be ideal, but also some top-notch cured meat.
