Great introduction to Envinate! A supple medium-bodied red, savoury and elegant. Spain is not exclusively about strength and concentration;-)) Here the grapes come from different parcels such as Amandi, Quiroga and Ribera do Sil on different soils, but mainly Gneiss, Granite and Slate. Some parcels are vinified entirely with undestemmed, other are partially destemmed up to 30%. Cement tanks and neutral barrel are used for Fermentationa and aging (maturing) 11 months roughly.
Dried flowers on the nose with light red fruits. the mouthfeel is round with moderate acidity and smooth tannins. Ripe fruit complexity blends really well with an elegant earthy character.
Small allocation as all we will have is 90 bottles! for the whole year
