The Lopez Cristobal estate is located in Ribera del Duero, they are now pretty well-known for producing some highly reliable red. Nonetheless, this white Lopez Cristobal is unique! It is fermented in barrel in order to give some complexity. It has balanced palate with a great mouthfeel.

The Albillo grape variety could be compared to Chardonnay as it is a rather neutral variety, but it has this unmissable oily character! the subtle oak treatment exhibits some smoky and sweet spices notes. The finish is long and pleasant.
