A generic wine entirely elaborated with syrah  : Les Monestiers. Several I had the chance to taste their wines over the last 5 years. Recently we decided to introduce them to our selection!

Surely some of the most impressive and precise Syrah we have tasted from Crozes-Hermitage. Domaine les Bruyères is using the Biodynamics principles and the wines are mind blowing. Aromatically this syrah offers pure pleasure : Blueberry, slightly peppery, light-bodied with no disturbing high acidity and smooth rounded tannins.

Just the perfect drink for BBQ or light lunches.
