Vineyard: Centenary parcels located in the area known as La Cabrita, where the Avia River meets the Miño River. The vineyard belongs to Ribadavia.
Soil type: Sandy-granitic. Surface area of 2,000 square metres.
Winemaking: After hand-harvesting in small crates, the grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and fermented at 24°C for 7 days.
Alcohol: 11.5%
Total acidity: 6.2 g/L
Residual sugar: 1.8 g/L
Production for Spain: 950 bottles produced this year.
