Palacio de Fefiñanes is an historic player in the Galician wine industry, as being the first to bottled its production in 1928 (Just like Marquis d’Angerville in Volnay, Burgundy) The estate is locate in Cambados, a town that is not solely known for the production of classic Rias Baixas, but also highly appreciated for its oysters.
Here, Fefiñanes offer an Albariño pretty classic. Elegant, dry, crisp and gently aromatic.
The fruit intensity and the glyceric texture is well-balanced. Thanks to the acidity and a certain steeliness. If you are a Sauvignon Blanc’s lover, you should have a go. Although don’t expect the intensity of Sauvignon From new Zealand.
