Palacio de Fefiñanes is located in Cambados, also famous for its oysters. As well, Fefiñanes is an historic estate, being the first one to bottle its Albariño.

This cuvée, Fefiñanes 1583, is barrel fermented and aged 3 months in oak. Then, it is allowed to settle in stainless steel. The Oak treatment is subtle and does not cover the fruit complexity.

Citrussy, Lemon curd and touch of complexity from the oak (cinnamon and smokiness). Dry, refreshing and long. design for delicate and noble seafood.
