- Varieties: Mostly Mencía with Bastardo (Trousseau), Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), Caiño and Brancellao
- Elaboration: Harvested in mid-September. 40% whole cluster fermentation in open-top tronconique. 45-day maceration followed by one year of aging in used 228-liter French barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
