DO Montsant

New project established in Marça, a well-know place near Falset in within the DO Montsant. Here the style is mid-way between modern and traditional. If we had to chose the least modern the garnatxa would fit that position.

Herbal nose, wormwood kind of complexity with plum and some star anis flavoured aromas. On the palate wine is dry, evolved with tamed tannins. Leathery, smoky combined with a low acidity gives the wine a very friendly mouthfeel. Quite long finish.

Excellent with roasted lamb
