Another impressive move from Juan Gil Estate Family, an excellent dealcoholized white wine. Disfrutando is elaborated in Rueda and exclusively from the premium indigenous local variety known as Verdejo.

After several vintages of trials they have finally obtained the product they have been searching for. An amazingly refreshing, (30 gr/L of residual sugar) aromatic white wine packed with citrus and peach fruit. Where most dealcoholized wine tasted dull with confected fruit, Disfrutando astonish us with it fresh, clean and precise aromatic complexity.

The mouthfeel is pleasant, balanced and totally harmonious. Although, we do not get the weight from the alcohol content as it is nonexistent, the tiny amount of residual sugar serve the texture and the crisp acidity brings freshness and length.

 

Recently, the increasing demand for non-alcolholized wine is going through the roof, although quality is generally quite challenging.  Disfrutando is also suitable for vegan.
