Blanc de Blancs means a white wine produce with white grape. Effectively, most champagnes are produced with Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier, which are red grapes. Even though, Blanc de Blancs seems to be a popular style, it is not the most produced style and it is quite exclusive.
