Henriot Blanc souverain, is a blanc de blanc, that has received a fair amount of sucess amongst our clients. Why? Well, it is very well made, precise and elegant, with a gentle price.
Blanc de Blancs means a white wine produce with white grape. Effectively, most champagnes are produced with Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier, which are red grapes. Even though, Blanc de Blancs seems to be a popular style, it is not the most produced style and it is quite exclusive.
