Even though we are looking at the entry level, the quality is sky high;-)) This malbec has proved over the years to be a good keeper, so don’t be afraid to cellar a few a bottles!

Unusual wine-making process, but it is also the trend in the fine wine market to avoid stereotypes. The wine goes through an extensive cold maceration for 5 days at 8.8ºC (48ºF) to extract aromas.
