Gutierrez de la Vega also produces some beautiful and mouthwatering dry white wines. Here the harvest is taking place at early stage of maturity in order to minimize the sugar concentration. Thus the grapes are keeping their natural acidity and fresh flavour.

Cosecha Dorada 2021 goes through a short pelicular maceration in order to extract some intense moscatel aromas :

• Floral, Grapey and fresh

• Jasmin with a touch of salinity (maybe from the short skin maceration)

• Dry and fresh palate

Perfect with greasy fish such as grilled sardines, but also does a good with a paella.
