Usually cabernet Sauvignon from Spain is not our scene, but Carpathia from Doterras is a totally different thing! First of all the vineyards here, or more exactly the parcel is facing north enjoying a cooler climate than others. The production is tiny, just 720 bottles are produced! The wine is aged 24 months in old french wood in order to soften up the tannins and to give more complexity.
