Still produced from very young vines, this Pinot Noir planted at almost 900 meters above sea level will seduce traditional burgundy lovers or German Spatburgunder fanatics.

Planted on steep slopes in Auvinya, in Sant Julia de Loria the southern most area in Andorra. Although the vines are still significantly young, the quality of wines are improving vintage after vintage. The oak treatment is subtle, and just bring some complexity without dominating the fruit.

Elegant, light-bodied and light in color. Fresh, sapid, with a good depth and a lingering toasty finish.

A great discovery, and a good candidate for a thematic “pinot noir” blind-tasting.
