Wine tasting with Celler Frisach
DO Terra Alta
From the southern part of Catalonia, Francesc, owner and winemaker from Celler Frisach in Terra Alta will be presenting his wines on thursday night. Here, the soil is different from Priorat and so are the wines! even though they share many aspects. Effectively, Garnacha is the main variety (for both red and white), just like in Priorat, but the style is fluid and much more elegant.
The vineyards is run organically and are usually sulphur free!
Francesc is surely one of the most talented winemaker of his generation, he is just brilliant. This a unique opportunity to meet a future “cult” winemaker.
