If you are white wine lover and you hunting new sensations this is for you! Listan Blanco is also known as Palomino when is grown in Jerez Andalucia. Nowadays Listan Blanco is experiencing a revival and especially the ones from Tenerife. Envinate produces palo Blanco from ungrafted centenary vines grown from 450 metres up to 800 metres above sea level.

This is an electric, bone-dry but intense white full of saline and lime character. Savoury, it will amaze you if you like racy and vibrant white burgundies as well as mineraly intense Assyrtiko from Santorini.

Unfortunately only 18 bottles will reach our warehouse in Santa Coloma this year! and 1 is for me,-)
