Twenty-five years after the founding of the winery, “O Ovo da Cabuxa” is released — the first wine from the La Cabrita vineyard made from 100% Treixadura.
It is crafted in a 600-litre concrete egg and aged on its lees for five months. This winemaking approach combines a respectful handling of the Treixadura — carefully selected in the vineyard for this specific style — with the biodynamic benefits attributed to the oval shape of the concrete vessel.
Now that… that sounds like a flagship cuvée in the making.
