100% Moll blanco, Prensal

Sourced from vineyards spread across small parcels throughout the DO Binissalem-Mallorca production area. Minimal intervention approach, encouraging biodiversity and respectful viticulture.

Hand-harvested in crates of no more than 15 kg. Gentle direct pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at temperatures not exceeding 18°C.

Ageing: 5 months on its own lees, with regular stirring every three days.

The wine is fined and lightly filtered before bottling.

2024 production: 7,200 bottles.
