Domaine Martin owns vineyards in probably the most sought after sancerre’s village : Chavignol. A place also well-known, for the production of Goat Cheese. But, I must confess, we have not seen any goats during our last visit…

Bone-dry, racy, grassy and elegant. Citrus and a crisp acidity, obviously no oak treatment but some “Batonnage” to give some complexity and texture. Liquorice is also an aroma that I, generally, find especially on the finish.
