The estate is run biodynamically, and the wines are some of the best we have tasted for a long time!

The Aragonite is a complex and rich Chardonnay, that do not rely on new oak treatment. The citrus notes that can be detected on the nose are mandarine-like, very ripe and intense. the texture on the palate is tremendous, charming and glycerous but balanced thanks to a great acidity. It is persistent, long and savory. great finesse!
