A new project that has started in 2009, but the third generation taking care of the vineyards. Here, the land is in Tarragona. It shares similarities with Priorat, but soils a completely different. Hence the wines do show some characters that could be priorat-like, but in general with less strength, less rusticity and more elegance.
Unoaked, and fresh red from Southern Catalunya. the whole estate is run organically, and Francesc Ferre is using very litlle sulphur. The wines are stunning.
